James Skinner is a seasoned capital markets expert and entrepreneur with a strong track record in fund management, capital raising, and scaling ventures to successful exits. He has built and exited multiple startups and led over 15 stock exchange listings across London, Paris, Frankfurt, and New York. His experience includes driving health tech and regulated market ventures from inception to successful exit. A pioneer in early-stage investment, James played a key role in developing Australia’s original startup ecosystem and the world’s first equity crowdfunding platform, which was recognised by the World Bank.
